Road Closures & Restrictions

Here, you can find planned road construction projects that may affect traffic. This can be from closures, restrictions, or just notifications to roads throughout the City. This list includes both projects by the City of New Haven and those by County (Allen and/or Adams), state, or utility companies. This list does NOT include closures related to annual street reconstruction projects. You can find that information on the "Street Reconstruction Projects" page. In cases of an emergency road construction, updates will be added to this page as well as an alert on top of the Home page until the emergency passes.
