E-utility billing - serviced by BS&A - is a convenient, safe, and secure online service the City of New Haven offers to its utility customers. There is a convenience fee for using cards and electronic checks. 

  • Pay your bill online any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Receive an electronic copy of you bill instead of a paper copy.
  • Set up automatic payments.
  • View the billing and payment history on your account.
  • View you water usage history.

Pay by Phone

Pay by phone by calling 1-260-748-8446. Please have your customer and account numbers ready and include all leading zeros in your customer and account numbers.

Pay by Mail

The City accepts checks and money orders for utility billing. Checks or money orders can be:

Pay In-Person

The City accepts checks, money orders, credit cards, apple pay, google pay, or cash for utility billing. 

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
(Office closed daily from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.)

  • Brought to the drop boxes:
    • drop box inside the vestibule of City Hall (815 Lincoln Highway East, New Haven, IN 46774)
    • drop box at the drive-up drop box on the right-hand side of the City Hall parking lot (815 Lincoln Highway East, New Haven, IN 46774)
