The City of New Haven, Indiana (“City”), hereby provides NOTICE and invites qualified firms and consultants (“Offerors”), pursuant to Indiana Code 5-22-9, to submit proposals to assist the City with the creation of a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for the City (the “RFP”). By issuing this RFP, the City is looking for consultants with expertise in transportation safety planning that can provide timely, high quality professional services. The Comprehensive Safety Action Plan must include the entire jurisdictional area of the City, as well as all of the components laid out by the U.S. Department of Transportation in the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) grant.

This can be illustrated in a letter of reference by highlighting the balance between the superior quality of work delivered and the cost-effectiveness of the service provided. 2. Are you able to share your application data you submitted for the SS4A Safety Action Plan? Please see attached PDF. 3. Is there a page limit for this RFP No page limit. 4. Do you have a DBE goal for SS4A RFP? The City is required to expend its grant funds in accordance with 2 C.F.R. 200.321 (“Contracting with small businesses, minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, veteran-owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms”).
