The City of New Haven Utility Office administers water, sanitary, sewer, and storm water to properties within the city limits and the surrounding area. They are dedicated to meeting the needs of the community ad strive to relay accurate information and service.
Residents are able to pay their bill online by setting up an account through the online platform. You can also come to the City Hall building (815 Lincoln Highway East, New Haven, IN 46774) and drop off your payment at the drive up drop box or the drop box directly inside the City Hall vestibule on the right-hand side. Between the hours of 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday, the Utitilities office is open for walk-ins in the downstairs lobby. As a reminder, the office is closed daily from 12pm - 1pm for lunch.

New Haven offers city-wide trash collection service along with optional bi-weekly recycling service. Our service provider is Republic Services and can be contacted for any questions you may have regarding your trash service. You can also contact the at 800.876.9001.
